Native of Georgia and Service Disabled Gulf War Veteran that has been working with iEnergyInc as their Director of Solar Energy Technologies since his honorable retirement from the U.S. Navy. Joe is working with the African Women Economic Consortium (AWEC), ANL Lighting LLC-USA & Solar Energy International -USA in advanced PV, wind turbine design, LED lighting & Power Metering technology support for future educational initiatives and in support of alternative energy humanitarian relief projects within the U.S. and overseas.
While on active duty, Joe exhibited exceptional technical knowledge and project planning skills resulting in the implementation of several technical engineering research projects with the Navy's Program Management Office PMA-207 in Patuxent River, Maryland. Additionally, his exceptional management skills and extreme vision resulted in his recognition as the Commander Fleet Logistics Support Wing Maintenance Officer Of The Year for 2004 and the receipt of two Navy Commendation Medals for exempliary military service.
Prior to his retirement, Joe completed a Masters in Aeronautical Science with specialization in Aerospace Safety Systems from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Due to his superior academic performance and detailed research project, he was hand selected by ERAU Staff & Faculty to teach Safety Program Management courses at McGuire AFB, in Trenton New Jersey to both Military and Civilian undergraduate students. His classroom facilitation skills, technical knowledge, public speaking skills were noted as exceptional by faculty staff and the entire student body. Additionally while on active duty, Joe attended the Defense Acquisition University 2003-2006 completing several studies in Life Cycle Logistics, Production Quality Management and Production Facility Maintenance and Design. Following his retirement, Joe completed a Black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma through ExpertRating Certified Professionals.
Joe is a strong supporter of community service through his involvement as Vice President of the Human Relief Organization/USA in Hampton, Virginia. He was recently recognized in Troy, Michigan during October 2008 by the African Women Economic Consortium. On 11-Oct-2008, Joe was awarded AWEC's 2008 International Leadership Award "Against All Odds" for his dedicated efforts in numerous humanitarian relief projects in the following countries: Africa, India (HRO Pakistan), Guatemala, Panama, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Bosnia, Tanzania, Armenia, Mexico, Georgia-Russia, and the United States of America. Continuing to support international programs, Joe- "Janjay" (name given by the Bassa Tribe of Monrovia) traveled to Monrovia, Liberia during June 2009 to work with the Network for African Youth Development to assist in establishing an alternative energy educational program with A.M.E. Zion University. Joe is the inventor and designer of AWEC's Village of Hope- "Joe Dome Village" which combines Wind, Solar, Geothermal, LED lighting, Agriculutural & Power Metering technologies. A native of Guatemala and President & Founder of the Human Relief Organization in Hampton, Viriginia. Olga has spent the last 13 years facilitating the delivery of aid to poverty-stricken regions in more than 30 countries through her diplomatic and organizational channels around the world. Olga was educated in Europe and speaks 6 different languages. Being a missionary at heart, she began by leading "missions" and making deliveries herself, then accepting assistance from volunteers who were dedicated to serving humanity. In the last 13 years her efforts have become recognized by some of the largest NGO organizations in the world, who have collaborated on innumerable projects in the delivery of medical supplies, education materials, and food to the needy. Today HRO the Human Relief Organization is known for it's hands-on-delivery & project facilitation with a strong focus in helping the poor around the world. A native of Nigeria is the Founder and CEO of the African Women Economic Consortium (AWEC). The African Women Economic Consortium is a non profit 501 (C)( 3) organization founded in 2002 as an organization of women of diverse racial, social, educational and spiritual backgrounds who have recognized the need for proactive action for change in the lives of women and children locally, nationally and globally. Dr. Uwa Osimiri was an official delegate to the first Africa's Most Senior Religious Leadership Conference on HIV/AIDS and Orphaned Children held in Nairobi Kenya, on June 9-12, 2002, sponsored by the United Nations World Council of Religions for Peace (WCRP).
An Ambassador for Peace, she participated at the International Leadership Conferences entitled, “American Leadership at a time of Global crisis” and the celebration of the 25 year anniversary of the Washington Times on May 15-19, 2007 and in Hawaii in June 17- 21, 2007. These events were sponsored by the Washington Times foundation and the International federation for World Peace. She is instrumental for creating the Village of Hope, which is now the much-heralded initiative to change how Africa handles the care of African children. In Collaboration with the Joe Dome Project, she is its Project Manager for Africa. A member of the Emerging Minority Businesses Council of Michigan, she recently received a Certificate of Tribute from Governor Jennifer Granholm. She has also received several educational citations and several City of Detroit and Wayne County certificates of recognition. Two years ago, she was nominated to receive the Faculty of the Year award at the University of Phoenix where she teaches MBA Business courses. Dr. Uwa Osimiri has been featured in the Detroit News as one of Michigan’s most influential women. An educator, Dr. Uwa Onyioha Osimiri is the Chancellor for Chiist University Online to be launched in June 2010. Dr. Uwa Osimiri received her elementary and secondary school education in Nigeria and her Bachelor of Science Degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Alabama. She received her Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Doctoral Degree in Natural Theology with a focus on Comparative Study of World Religious Theology, from the Godian Academy. She is pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. Dr. Uwa Osimiri has conducted personal development lecture series entitled “Write Your Own Story” for corporations such as DaimlerChrysler Women’s Forum who have whole-heartedly endorsed her lecture series. She has conducted numerous workshops at the Museum of African American History, Cobo Hall, at numerous schools and universities, international forums and has been a guest on several television and radio talk shows. She is a certified Senior Grant Writer and Instructor. An accomplished Artist and Author, she has completed several manuscripts for publications. She is married to Chief Ikenna Osimiri and the proud mother of one son, Nnamdi Onyioha Osimiri and two daughters, Adaora Ngozi Osimiri and Kelenna Omanne Osimiri.

Is a native of Virginia Beach that brings a wealth of experience with over 17 years of geothermal design, installation and sales experience. Jeff became the 1st IGSHPA (International Ground Source Heat Pump Association) accredited installer in Virginia in 1992 and since 2002 has been an accredited trainer for the same organization. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Geothermal Designer course sponsored by the AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) and IGSHPA. Jeff has 21 years of honorable military service in the Virginia Air National Guard and is the Plumbing and Mechanical Superintendent with the 203 Red Horse Squadron (Combat Engineers). During his military career, he spent 6 years as a heavy equipment operator and is a member of the Well Drilling Team. Jeff currently holds a Virginia Class A Mechanical and Master Well Drilling Contractor License and a North Carolina H3 Class Mechanical License. Jeff's Chesapeake, VA based business has designed a variety of geothermal systems over the past 6 years. He has undertaken several successful projects including military barracks, clinics, schools, museums and over 1000 residential installations. His work has been featured in ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Jeff will be retiring from the ANG during Spring 2010. Currently he resides in Chesapeake, VA with his 17 year old son Tyler and 14 year old daughter Sara.

Is a native of England and an award-winning lighting, lamp, luminaire, reflector technologies, and computerized systems controls designer with 30 years experience in entertainment lighting, research and development, and manufacturing in the US and Europe. Mr. Neal has worked both as an individual designer and collaboratively within development teams throughout his career, and often at the forefront of design within the industry. His work in manufactured entertainment lighting systems and components includes product and systems development with such companies as Digital Lighting Desk Company and its successor firm DLD Productions, Altman Stage Lighting, Vinten Electro Optics, Arri Film Lighting, Lee Lighting, and Philips Bath. His work with lighting manufacturers includes consulting and product development for Philips Lighting, Strand Lighting, Sylvania, Martin Professional, Cinemills, and General Electric. His product testing experience includes development of product testing protocols for Underwriters Laboratories. He also worked as a consultant with te solid state technologies and nanotechnologies pioneer Dr. Ramesh Bhargava at Nanocrystals Lighting at PACE University, and was involved in the development of first iterations of successful LED solid state lighting. Mr. Neal maintains links to an international consortium of established electronics assembly manufacturers nationally and internationally, and heads in-house product development and testing at ANL Lighting, LLC.
