Meet Joe Byers

LCDR Charles (Joe) Byers is a distinguished individual with an impressive background in Aerospace safety systems engineering, notable for his invention and design work on the patented STEM ILS (Integrated Living System) Project focusing on renewable energy, agriculture, and off-grid educational STEM solutions.

​

Following a commendable career in the U.S.Navy up to his  retirement in 2007, he transitioned to entrepreneurship by established his Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business; Pleasant Valley Energy Consultants, LLC.  This combination of military service, innovative design, and entrepreneurial spirit showcases a commitment to both service and innovation in his professional journey.

Dr. Uwa Onyioha Osimiri

Partner | International Project Director

Her Excellency, Chief, Dr. Uwa Onyioha Osimiri is the Founder and President of the African Women Mobilization Commission, a non-profit organization mobilizing women to become leaders through training, conferencing, and global engagement.

​

She is also the founder and Executive Director of the “Empowering Through Education" (ETE) program, a housing and educational program, in collaboration with PV Energy to be operated at the STEM ILS Project in Ely Nevada, USA.
